  2. How can I place an order?

    We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order on-line. When starting to shop, simply select a product from the Shopping catagory. Click the item, enter quantity needed, and click "Add to Cart." From here you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can modify your order, continue shopping, or check out. 

    You can also order by phone using our toll free number: 1-800-343-8114, (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.)

  3. Why are taxes added to my order?

    By law, we have to collect taxes in the following US states: WA, CA, NV, MN, GA, MI, OH, PA, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ. Taxes are also added to shipping costs in the state of PA.

  4. How do I return something I ordered?

    If you are not satisfied with an item/order, please give us call (800-343-8114) to determine the best plan for the return. If merchandise is to be returned to the factory, you will be issued a Return Authorization Code. Returns will not be accepted later then 30 days after purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return your package for a credit or exchange to be made. Send your prepaid package along with the packing list to the address below. If you no longer have the packing list please include your name, phone number, address and description of item. Returned goods must be returned in good condition and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. A brief explanation of why you are returning the goods would be appreciated.

  5. Can you help me with my Rexlace project?

    Unfortunately we cannot help everyone with their Rexlace projects. If you have questions or comments, we encourage you to ask your question in the forum. Someone may be able to help you there. (Please allow several days for a forum response.)

  6. Would you like to see what I made?

    Absolutely! We encourage you to show off your Rexlace projects and activities with everyone! We can show your work off for you in the Features section, or you can upload your images in the Forum. If you want to privately send us a picture of your project, you can send it by email (PDF's or JPEG please): info@rexlaceclub.com.
