  2. How can I place an order?

    We want to make it as easy as possible for you to order on-line. When starting to shop, simply select a product from the Shopping catagory. Click the item, enter quantity needed, and click "Add to Cart." From here you will be directed to the shopping cart where you can modify your order, continue shopping, or check out. 

    You can also order by phone using our toll free number: 1-800-343-8114, (Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm EST.)

  3. Why are taxes added to my order?

    By law, we have to collect taxes in the following US states: WA, CA, NV, MN, GA, MI, OH, PA, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ. Taxes are also added to shipping costs in the state of PA.

  4. Can I use a Visa/Mastercard GIFT card?

    We do not accept Visa, MasterCard or AMEX GIFT Cards. We can not create secure settings without a billing address associated with the Debit/Gift Card. Therefore our security declines these cards. Unfortuately due to the nature of Gift Cards, the funds may still appear as being withdrawn as if a charge has been made. (This has nothing to do with the Rexlace Club, this is a function of the gift cards themselves.) The funds on these cards should be released within 48 to 72 hours. Please call the bank issuer for more details.

  5. How long will it take for me to get my order?

    Most orders arrive within 1 week of placing on the web site. Shipping to the West Coast takes 7 business days for delivery. Mid-Country typically takes 3-4 business days; East Coast can take 2-3 business days. Please be aware that this guide is based on good faith and weather conditions. Use it to determine when you should expect to receive your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing; orders do not typically ship the same day.
     
    USPS Priority shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for shipping. Again, please allow 1-2 days for processing before the order ships; orders do not typically ship the same day.
     
    NOTICE: Orders placed Friday-Sunday or Holidays, will not be processed until the next available business day.
     
    The first week of January is slotted for plant shut-down to complete company inventory. Orders placed during this time will be processed as soon as the inventory is counted.
     
    From April-July there could be a slight delay in order deliveries as the Rexlace product is very popular over the summer months, so please allow a few extra days for shipping.
     
    Please allow extra time for large orders. Stock may need to created before shipping.
     
    Expidited shipping is available for in-stock items by phone order only.
     
    International shipping is available by phone or faxed orders only. Please call or email first for a shipping quote. Estimates will not include customs fees. Shipping time usually takes 6-10 days to most countries. Orders shipping to Canada and Mexico typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

  6. Holiday Shipping Schedule

    To receive orders for Christmas Eve (Monday, December 24th,) please place your order before:

    • International Orders - Friday, December 7th
    • FedEx Ground - Friday, December 14th
    • US Priority Post - Tuesday, December 18th

    Expedited shipping will be available from the 19th-21st on in-stock items for deliveries with the US. (Not available online, please call for expedited shipping information: 1-800-343-8114 ext. 21.)

    Unfortunately, the web site can only accept order from US, so International orders must be placed by phone, or fax.   9. How do I return something I ordered?

    If you are not satisfied with an item/order, please give us call (800-343-8114) to determine the best plan for the return. If merchandise is to be returned to the factory, you will be issued a Return Authorization Code. Returns will not be accepted later then 30 days after purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days from the day you return your package for a credit or exchange to be made. Send your prepaid package along with the packing list to the address below. If you no longer have the packing list please include your name, phone number, address and description of item. Returned goods must be returned in good condition and include a copy of the packing slip or invoice. A brief explanation of why you are returning the goods would be appreciated.

    Absolutely! We encourage you to show off your Rexlace projects and activities with everyone! We can show your work off for you in the Features section. If you want to privately send us a picture of your project, you can send it by email (PDF's or JPEG please): info@rexlaceclub.com.

  12. Wholesale/Resale Information

    Before we will release any pricing information, we require that you fax a business license ( i.e., state resale certificate) and any state tax exemption form for proof of business. Fax (attention to Rexlace) to: 978-433-9048. Requests for information are best done by fax. Please include: a contact name, company name, address, telephone number, and a fax number (if available,) in your cover letter. We charge a $10 handling fee for wholesale orders under $100.
